Draft provider list
This list reflects CrewGrid's current confirmed production services. It will be reviewed before CrewGrid accepts paying customers and updated when material providers are added, replaced or removed.
CrewGrid uses third-party providers where reasonably necessary to deliver application hosting, authentication, database services, file storage, payments, email, geocoding and browser notifications.
The term “subprocessor” is commonly used for a provider that processes Customer Data on CrewGrid's behalf. Some services listed below may instead act as an independent service provider or handle information under their own legal obligations.
CrewGrid remains responsible for selecting and managing its material providers consistently with its Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
Purpose
Authentication, user sessions, production database, realtime services and managed file storage.
Information involved
Account information, company and branch records, employee and project records, messages, attendance data, uploaded files and other Customer Data stored through CrewGrid.
Location
CrewGrid’s production Supabase project is currently hosted in Sydney, Australia.
Purpose
Web application hosting, server-side functions, deployment infrastructure and content delivery.
Information involved
Application requests, technical logs, IP addresses, browser and device information, and information processed by CrewGrid server functions.
Location
CrewGrid’s Vercel server functions are currently configured for Sydney, Australia. Web content may be delivered through Vercel’s global network.
Purpose
Subscription billing, invoices, payment processing, payment status, fraud prevention and related financial services.
Information involved
Customer billing details, payment method information, transaction details, subscription status and invoice information.
Location
Stripe operates internationally and may process information in Australia and other countries through its global infrastructure and service providers.
Purpose
CrewGrid business email, customer support communications, legal enquiries and platform-related email notifications.
Information involved
Names, email addresses, email content, support information and message-delivery information.
Location
Namecheap and its email infrastructure may process information through systems located outside Australia.
Purpose
Converting project and site addresses into latitude and longitude coordinates.
Information involved
The address submitted for geocoding and technical request information required to return a location result.
Location
The service is operated through OpenStreetMap infrastructure and may process requests outside Australia.
Purpose
Fallback address geocoding where OpenStreetMap Nominatim cannot locate a project or site address.
Information involved
The address submitted for geocoding and technical request information required to return a location result.
Location
Google operates globally and may process information in Australia and other countries through its infrastructure.
Purpose
Website and platform usage measurement, audience insights, traffic analysis and understanding how visitors interact with CrewGrid.
Information involved
Device and browser information, IP-derived location information, page visits, session information, referral information, interaction events and analytics identifiers.
Location
Google operates globally and may process analytics information in Australia, the United States and other countries through its infrastructure and service providers.
Purpose
Delivery of supported CrewGrid browser notifications using the standard Web Push protocol.
Information involved
Push subscription details, notification-delivery information and the limited notification content sent through the relevant browser push service.
Location
The provider depends on the user’s browser and device. Delivery may involve services operated by companies such as Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft.
CrewGrid does not currently list Vercel Web Analytics, Sentry, Firebase or OneSignal as active production providers. If an additional analytics, monitoring, AI, messaging or infrastructure provider is enabled, this page and the relevant privacy information will be updated.
CrewGrid may add, replace or remove providers as the platform develops. Material changes that significantly affect the processing of current Customer Data will be reflected on this page, with reasonable notice provided where appropriate.
